[Our son] is having a super positive experience on Shuttlebee and I just want to thank you for all you do to make it so great! We are so thankful that the Shuttlebee service is so reliable, communication is great and easy, and most of all that our child has a lot of FUN during the rides. The driver, Nuyen, is kind and creates a positive atmosphere for the kids.

Your drivers have been excellent. One of my teachers at dismissal said that putting the students in the van was like sending them off into a warm hug!

ShuttleBee was a godsend when we were trying to find a reliable alternative to district bussing. Onboarding was simple, we can track the vehicle so we know when to step out our front door and when our child has arrived at school. Driver/company communication was made simple and easy via an app.

Common questions about Shuttlebee in Greater Philadelphia

Shuttlebee launched in 2017 running a well-regarded afterschool shuttle program in West Philadelphia, serving families for five years before prohibitive commercial auto insurance costs forced us to shut down. That experience — watching good operators get priced out of the market — became the reason we came back. We relaunched in 2025 as a platform built to fix the infrastructure gap: safety technology, training, and affordable insurance access for small transportation operators. In 2026, we partnered with Summerside Camps at SCH Academy to provide weekly summer camp transportation for families in the Chestnut Hill corridor.
